PJ is a passionate waterman with an intense love for the ocean. He is an award winning director and cinematographer whose path into film started after spending two years abroad working as a sailing, diving and fishing guide. After returning to South Africa he completed his Honours Degree in Film at the Open Window Institute. PJ has been part of numerous international film and television productions for clients including Netflix, Apple TV, BBC, Silverback, Wildspace productions and number outhers. He is especially at home underwater, filming in extreme situations or filming wildlife and stories relating to our fragile bond with the ocean.
